I could not say enough good things about Kartunes! I brought my Lincoln in today after my own attempt at installing a backup camera went sideways and somehow resulted in my radio no longer working. 😅 They got everything sorted out quickly and easily, and even squeezed me into their schedule ASAP because I had a bit of a “music emergency” — I’m leaving on a road trip in less than 24 hours and really didn’t want to make that drive without my music! Jessie in the office made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. There was absolutely no sales pressure, no attempt to overcharge me, and no trying to sell me anything I didn’t actually need. Just straightforward, friendly, honest service. I unfortunately forgot the name of the installer, which I genuinely feel bad about because he was awesome. Not only did he fix the mess I had created and get everything working again, but he went above and beyond to help me dial in the new camera and customize it exactly how I wanted it. He actually went the extra mile for me twice to make sure I was completely happy with everything. If management is reading this, I’m the guy with the Lincoln from today — please make sure the installer gets a pat on the back for going above and beyond to take care of a customer (twice!). That kind of service is noticed and very much appreciated. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll absolutely recommend Kartunes to people in the future, and they’ve definitely earned a return customer. Great people, great service, and a company that actually seems to care about taking care of its customers!

Took my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in because my amp was cutting out. Spoke with Dan, he told what he thought it was, how he would go about diagnosing the issue. He also installed front speakers and tuned my stereo. It turned out just as he explained. My system does not cut out and sounds great! Highly recommend!!!

These guys deserve five stars - more if I could give it to them. I own a number of classic cars. One of them my wife drives on a regular basis and she requested a backup camera be installed. I am “that guy“ when it comes to my collector cars. I am insanely fussy about them. I knew from the moment that I called these guys that I had found the right place. When I got there that instinct was confirmed. Everybody I encountered was friendly and helpful. The shop is neat, tidy, and clean. They spent all the time that my wife requested explaining the new technology to her- making sure she was comfortable using it. The installation was flawless and as invisible as you could possibly make it when you are retrofitting something like this on an old car. For me, this was a test, but I 100% will be bringing my other vintage vehicles in for alarms and sound systems as needed. Good job guys!

My car stereo was making a high pitch sound. They were able to identify the cause and fix the issue. They also made sure everything with the stereo worked before I drove off. Very appreciated!

After a bad experience with another installer. I went to Kartunes in tempe az I believe Jeff is the one to helped me out and got me the right subwoofer and he got my dynaudio speakers sounding fantastic. Will be doing more business with this company
