Nice show room horrible customer service. Walked in ready to purchase some JL audio subs and replacement woofer for my bmw and wanted advice they only spoke to there customers in the show room looked at me an watched to see what I was doing and went back to the front didn't ask anything no how can I help just the feeling that you shouldn't have been there. Guess work clothes make you look like you can't purchase car equipment 😏

However, as even stated in your own words we were assisting other customers and unfortunately we are a small local business with only but so many staff members and today we were a little short when we got our small rush. We did not ignore you (however we as a company sincerely apologize if we did not recognize you or at least say hello or that we will be with you as soon as possible)! I do know you must have been in a time crunch to get back to work or life as you did not wait long at all. We try to be as professional as possible. The comment on your work clothes has nothing to do with the situation and even if you were wearing a suit and tie we have to assist those before you. I hope you can understand and we do take all feedback to heart as we are always looking to be better as a company in any aspect we can. We hope you can give us a second chance when we both have more time to properly and professionally serve you.
Over priced and will charger you more if you don't want to use there equipment.

What an awesome experience. I walked in with a basic idea of what I wanted in a subwoofer setup. Told them my price range and we talked through the options they had available. Went with a kicker sub and amp. They wound up upgrading the box for me too, took about 3ish hours in and out. Highly recommend.
Best rated Audio shop in the Hampton Roads area for good reason! Got in and out in a couple hours with a replace/repair to a car audio system for a reasonable price. The folks at Sound Wave Customs were friendly, and professional throughout the process.
