I went to install a blind spot monitor in my 2012 Honda Odyssey. Timing wise, they are perfect. They gave a good quote, everything was agreed and they installed the monitor They told that the buzzer is missing and will call me in couple of weeks to install it. In two weeks, I called them. They said it has nor arrived yet and they will call me. It has been almost 2 months, I have not received the call. I could have given all 5 stars if I received the buzzer even after a month. But it has been almost 2 months and I am still waiting for a buzzer installation of my $1400 blind spot monitor. Edit: The buzzer was installed and it was a great service. I give them 5 stars.

The replacement did take longer than anticipated, but our team did reach out around the holidays to schedule an appointment. Our apologizes if our message did not get through. I had them install sound damping material on my 2025 Camry. I couldn't be more pleased! They did an excellent job and the install was very quick after making an appointment a few weeks prior. I would definitely recommend the safe and sound crew to my family and friends for their next sound and/or alarm install on their automobile.

I've worked right next-door to this place for years and they have put many stereos in, but just because I've been installing my own stuff since the 70s and did so on my newest car, they won't tune it for me, which is very disappointing after all the business that I have provided to this company, I not installing customer provided parts and stuff like that, but they won't even take a look, very disappointing using this company since the 90s
Hey Mike, Thank you for your comments. On a large scale, we have had to pull back on tuning none install equipment due to liability issues. We have unfortunately been put in a situation or two where we were blamed for damaged equipment when all we did was tune an amp. We are pinched between offering a service and protecting ourselves. May I ask, did we not politely decline the opportunity to deserve the 1 star review, or is the 1 star review solely based on the fact we longer offer the service?
I had a difficult time finding a dash cam for my car as it's windshield is small so thank goodness I found and contacted Safe & Sound who recommended and installed the DRONE XC dash cam. The DRONE XC looks and works good. Safe & Sound is the place to go to professionally install electrical hardware in your vehicle.
