We had the hardest time finding a performance shop that was willing to work with a diesel truck. My wife and I use our F250 as our tow vehicle for an RV, and it was desperately needing new shocks. Ivan took great care of us from start to finish. He ensured we were ordering the correct parts and got us in for installation in less than a week.
Very friendly and do excellent work! I hit a curb and damaged one rim. They repaired my rim and saved me from replacing all four!

I've had an install done by RPM in the past (2020) and it was a good and professional experience. Fast forward to now (2024), I brought my vehicle in to upgrade my audio system in the beginning of May and ordered all my equipment through RPM…took a month to get all the parts in, I had to keep calling and calling getting told lie after lie and couldn't even get a tracking number to my order that I paid close to $3,000 for.
