I remember as a teenager (I'm 38 now) I wanted more than anything to buy the perfect gift for my boyfriend I went to many audios stores not having a clue what I was asking for until I landed at Pro Audio!.. I left confident, proud and with a lot more for my money, which is something I didn't feel walking out of all the rest!.. Well now 17 years later after i was tired of freezing to death in the morning waking to my car they installed walking in once again not knowing a thing about what I'm wanting.. I still feel the same thank you Pro Audio for being such a consistent staple in our community I absolutely LOVE my remote start!!

I came to Pro Audio because I wanted an upgrade and based on the reviews, I am not disappointed. Eric was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Once I chose what I wanted, the install seemed very simple. My car was left clean and put back together and the sound is impeccable. I highly recommend coming to Pro Audio and seeing Eric if you would like an upgrade to your sound system. They know what they are doing and they do a fantastic job. I left with an upgrade and knowledge about vehicle sound systems thanks to Eric.
Eric Is The Best!!!
Our first experience here was great, so we brought my Son's car back for more audio upgrades. After the second install, it ended up that two channels on an existing older amplifier were not working correctly. They worked with us on a good price for a replacement amp and comped the install. Upon picking up the car, we noticed the sound was extremely harsh and could use some tuning. My son called and described the problem, to which the reply was, 'I tuned the amplifier and can't help you.' No offer to listen to it, no suggestions for a fix. So my Son asked about the guy who had done the initial install, as he had done a nice job and had the same car. We figured that guy might have some suggestions. The response was that he no longer worked there. When my Son asked if there was a way to get a hold of that guy to ask for advice, the ProAudio rep hung up on him.
