Got me in last minute and was FAST installed 4 door panel speakers and the crystal store next door was amazing as well!!!

Went to audio one they say damn near 1000 bro told me 400 that was with a new box… case close and the gave me a free aloe plant

As a business owner I take customer satisfaction serious and so do they. After my visit last week with my wife's suburban I tried to purchase whatever just to get a system int truck and the woman behind the counter did not try to upsell me but yet told me what I needed. And was actually about 6 hundred cheaper. They ordered it and called me when it came in and I had my appointment today they installed everything. Very clean and thorough. They walked therw everything with me and told me about everything and what they did. Even told me about stuff that could happen and what to do. They also made it known they provide lifetime warranty on work and I was more then satisfied. I will be referring everybody to low low audio.. Great job guys and thank you. Original review of 6 years ago I have sent a couple friends up there over the years including another one of my personal vehicles in 2026 and praise of great service and quality insulation still.

Gabe, it's will with the genesis and two 10s. It's 9pm and I'm sitting in my town home bumping my dubstep and rap. HOLY! what an upgrade! From the start, gabe felt like a friend who is passionate about his audio and loves it, also knows what he's talking about. Low low had a box by the way that fit the genesis coupe which is rare because it usually requires a zenclosure box but for ported duals low low had one. Got lucky here at low low and glad i went with them. Gabes a very personable owner and he definately didn't steer me in the wrong direction. Id recommend. Also, cool shop attached by his wife offering things like incense, crystals, necklaces and all kinds of stuff. Thanks low low

Me and my family have been going to LowLow for years and never once have we had a bad experience! This place goes above and beyond for their clients from finding the perfect equipment, to quick and thorough installation, and help troubleshooting even pre-existing problems. If you’re looking for an upgrade or need something fixed in your car I highly recommend this shop.

I like this place a lot, the store is really cool and it seems family owned and operated (there’s also a big ol’ pit bull which I’d honestly come here just to see). I had some Audio issue in my charger and bright it here, the diagnosis was only 100 (other places were asking for like 300); the guy was super knowledgeable and I need to replace my system, which I’m saving up to do; however., while he diagnosed it he went out of his ways to clean up my cables and at least my Audio works now - all I gotta do is replace the back and passenger speaker, but at least while I wait to save up I’ll have some Audio working which is great especially cuz it’s summer and I’m gonn be driving a lot to the beach. Great shop, highly recommend
