I recently had an auto start feature installed at KarTunes in Sterling, VA, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! With the colder weather approaching, I missed this feature from my last vehicle, and KarTunes delivered flawless installation, efficiency, and top-notch customer service.
Had wheels and tires put on my car (yes, they do this too!) and had a great experience! Great price on the wheels, done when promised and the car looks great!! Fantastic service!

When my hubby and I went to talk to them, a few weeks ago, about the options for a front and rear dash cam, he was so knowledgable about the different options and listened to MY wish list and needs.
Not friendly not even a proper good morning when upon entering made me feel as if my business was of little importance to them will never recommend and to add injury to insult my vehicle was not ready when said it was.
This place lacks customer service. Quality of work. And standing behind their work by providing any kind of warranty on their installation.

WARNING!!!!! Read this before hiring Kartunes to do any work on your vehicle. I brought my 2023 Honda Accord hybrid to get some work done on the system I had installed in Florida.
