Bucci is awesome! I love my new system! He wasn't all about money. He just genuinely seemed as though he wanted what would suit MY needs. Classic, "Old School" customer service guy. Showed me how to use my new stereo. (Though, I've definitely forgotten already, lol) I have NO DOUBT, he'll have any problem taking the time and showing me again. The wrong plug for my backup camera was sent. No problem for this dude, he just ordered a new one and will install it when I come again! When it's time for my sub and amp, I'll ABSOLUTELY be back to my boy at JL Auto Connections! Thanks Bucci! You're the man!!!

owner tried to convince me to get a 12 inch sub for my honda civic and he swore it would go perfect with it and now i can't listen to my music loud without putting down my seat and putting the bass down all the way or else my whole car will shake and all i hear are rattles would not recommend feels like the owner just wanted to make money off me
Hey carlos , this is bucci(the owner). We always want our customers be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not satisfied then pass by and pick something else. We will give you full credit of your purchase towards anything else. 12" woofer will always make a civic rattle the panels. That doesn't mean is a bad thing. We can put dynamat or something to stop the rattles. Mostly hondas, acuras, toyotas and nissans are the ones that rattle the most. Some people are bothered by it and some people like it. I was not trying to make money of you. I was trying to give you good sound, but sometimes my idea of a good sound might be different than yours. If that happens then we can trade what we gave you for something different. Not always are we going to achive the perfect sound for you on the first try, sometimes it can take 2 or 3 tries until you are 100% happy. If we keep trying, would you consider giving us a better score? Also we could adjust it to bring down the bass hit if it's too hard for you or change the frequency to give a softer punch. There is many ways to adjust your sound. Giving us a bad review will not help your sound, calling us and telling us what's going on will always help your sound. We installed it, we can adjust it, or change it. Yes, I do have to make money to stay in business but I will always take care of all my customers. I don't get mad I just want to help to make you guys happy. I know it's hard to make everyone happy but at least I try.
