Stopped by with questions on my sound system that was hooked up by a previous owner. Nick came out to my truck and helped me figure out my problem, which was a blown fuse and explained everything else so I could understand! He was even nice enough not charge me for the fuse! Yall rock!
I understand what your saying and no worries I do plan on going else where... I blew 3 subs in a month of install listening to your instructions and not touching anything then get told I couldn't/shouldn't listen to my sub for one year

I went to see what was wrong and if they could fix the screen to show videos for the kids to watch and turns out I was doing it wrong and he went out of his way to teach me on a system they didn't even install

Super excited right now, picking up my car with a new system put in. Nick is awesome, very knowledgeable and he spent time helping me find the right speaker, amp setvup to accommodate the vehicle specific box I bought online.

We got our 2013 Golf R done with a full audio setup a few years back. The experience was fine, and the audio was much better than stock. However during their install job, they drilled a hole under the rear seat for a new ground location for the amp, which also put a hole in the gas tank.
Although situations like this are extremely rare, sometimes mistakes happen. We can't fix what we don't know about. Sorry you're having trouble.

I've been going here since as a kid I highly recommend it they've treated me very well with all the questions that I've had I'm sure I've been a pain in the butt and they've been real patient and answered all my questions

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I went there with an issue on some lights I had installed incorrectly. They quickly found the issue and I immediately set up appointment to have them do it right.
