Called and the person that answered said hello like it was their personal phone. Then said they don't fix car audio and hung up. Thought it was a mistake. Called back and they hung up again when I asked if they misunderstood me. Who owns this place because whoever is answering your phone is running it like trash. Completely disrespectful. DONT GO HERE!!!

I've had this car audio place install a system in my truck back in 2019 so quite naturally when I upgraded to another truck I went back to the company I knew. This time around instead of them selling me what's in house I came with my own things I only asked for a few things to be added from their end which I was willing to pay for. The thing that made me give them a 1 star was poor customer service from the guy behind the counter, them lying, & the guy behind the counter being argumentative.
Very sorry about this situation. Its there a way that i can get your number or if you want to call me at 214-289-3647. We will like to know what happen and whos is responsible at our store for this.
