Not good at all. First of all their prices are 25-30% higher than crutchfield or best buy or even car toys. Most importantly though, their install guy is terrible. He is reckless and has little regard for the vehicles he works on. Broke the actuator clip in my door panel when he was installing the speakers. That was a $200 repair. They didn't take responsibility. The best they could offer was to epoxy the clip back together. That lasted all of two weeks. Also, he didn't even clean up after his work. He left a big mess for me to vacuum up. Very unprofessional. Lastly, he was so rushed and/or lazy. He didn't even take the time to properly tune my system. It sounded like trash until I took it to another shop and paid $50 to have them tune it. Now it sounds 100 times better. I would never go back to this place for anything and I recommend you don't either.

I tried hard to let this place correct their poor installation. We've gone back at least 4 times. System sounds worse than OEM. Controls on the screen are reversed (left is right, right is left), inconsistent sound, can't even tell I have front speakers. If you have money to flush down the drain, go to this shop.

Great experience with Mohammed and associate. Reasonable price to install a home link mirror. They were not too busy on the day I came and the mirror was installed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop for all of my audio/wiring needs.

Went to shop right before closing and owner was super friendly and considerate. He gave me the best possible deal. Definitely going back for all sound system needs.

Very happy with my experience at this audio shop. I have been coming here for years I have rock lights on my truck done by a different shop and they were all messed up, the guy here took very good care of me and even explained to me what happened and they have not had a problem since. I have also got my door speakers and door speaker amp done here and it still sounds amazing. I will definitely be coming back for a new head unit and different subwoofers because I want more base. They are also very reasonable with their prices as well.

I made an appointment with the owner to replace my broken Cadillac CUE system. I brought the newer CUE which I purchased online and Houston Car Audio replaced the broken CUE with a new one. The process took about 4 hours. This was 2 days ago and everything is working so far. The service charge is very reasonable compared to dealer cost.

I have now utilized the services of this shop twice as of today, and both of my experiences were great. The installation was quick and precise each time. Tons of products and services available.

I was looking for a place to install a dash camera and everyone recommended them. They did not disappoint! They even installed the ambient lighting! The wires are all tucked in and they're work came out so clean making it look like it was from factory. Extremely satisfied!
