Amazing service by Michael! I came in because one of my speakers was blown out - he did a full repair as well as replaced my aging head unit with a touchscreen unit with CarPlay! Everything was installed beautifully and he kept me fully in the loop during scheduling and installation. Highly reccomend to anyone looking for car audio repair or upgrades.

Michael installed my dash cam for me and was quick and efficient. When I had an issue with it a few weeks later he was able to figure out what was wrong with it and fixed it for me right away. He has affordable prices and is very knowledgeable and good at what he does. You won't regret going to him!

Someone else here mentioned Michael being knowledgeable, kind and patient. This is so true. I came to Elusive Audio because of the positive reviews. Michael installed some aftermarket speakers in my car, however, there was a minor issue that occurred where no sound was being heard from the newly installed speakers. Michael was very patient and did not give up until this was corrected. No one is to blame here, stuff happens, he took care of it. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Also, the new speakers in my car sound awesome! Huge difference from the factory OEM speakers.

Amazing service and work by Michael at Elusive audio. He did a great job installing my Apple Car Play and helped me troubleshoot shoot a few things after installation. I would highly recommend Elusive Audio in Georgetown for your car audio needs 😀

I actually haven't gotten a service done here yet, but wanted to leave a positive review because the customer service I received over the phone from Michael was excellent. Kind, patient, and very helpful.

We recently bought a used 9 passenger conversion van with a TV and could not figure out why the sound would only play through the TV speakers and not the separate stereo system in the back of the vehicle. I made an appointment with Elusive Audio and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in 20 min at no charge! The issue had been driving me crazy for 2 months and I'm so happy to have it fixed! I will definitely return to this shop in the future! Fantastic customer service!

My experience was fantastic, they were knowledgeable and the build quality on the custom box was perfect. We liked it so much we went and had a second system installed just after the 1st one. Actually soon we'll be going back for a 3rd custom build, for our car show cruiser.
