Alarm install was fine. Problem is that I asked for the security package and paid extra for the premium install. Can you believe that starter kill does not come with a premium install? Starter kill IS a basic component of starter kill. They ask for as extra $200 for starter kill. You should be ashamed.
This is my 3rd time using Car Toys, twice for car alarms and this time for radio and backup camera on my 2003 truck. Excellent Customer Service !!

Really great experience. I bought a groupon for an interior car detailing; had zero issues getting it scheduled at a time that worked for me. My car had quite the layer of dog hair in the back so I paid extra for the hair removal and it was worth every penny! My car is cleaner than I thought was possible given its prior state. The team at CarToys was extremely fast, professional, friendly, and quite talented at their work. I will definitely visit this location again as needs arise. 10/10
