Have you ever had customer service that tickled you happy? Well Audio Craft has me smiling ear to ear. Purchased my car from Texas, had it shipped to NJ. Previous owner had a radar system installed working perfectly. After having my car serviced at the dealership, it no longer worked. I called over to the shop and they were nice enough to FaceTime me on their day off to help troubleshoot. About 10 minutes later, the issue was resolved, and my radar works again. I would highly recommend Audio Craft. Thanks Again!

These guys got me in within a days notice being from out of state. Saw their stellar reviews online, and gave them a call. Had some stereo issues with my brand new f-450's custom stereo traveling cross country, and these guys got me fixed up in only a few hours! Incredibly knowledgable with extreme professonalism. They work on VERY high end vehicles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a custom install from this crew. These guys do show quality work. (Attached pics of my truck)

Andrew installed a complete stereo system in my car, including sound deadening and did a fantastic job. I most appreciated that he did not rush the job and did everything he said that he would. I already have plans to expand the system and add another subwoofer! We also had him install a video rear view mirror in my wife's car and he was fantastic with that job as well. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Doesn't answer phone and doors were locked at 11 on a Thursday, nobody answered the door bell either.
Hi Josh, Sorry for missing your call today, we have three lines for our phone service and over 200 calls a day. Some conversations take 20 secs, others take 30 mins. If you left a voicemail a representative will return your call addressing all your wants and concerns. I'm not sure which address you went to but we do not have a door bell, and I just check out our cameras to ensure a representative was there. Perhaps some confusion is taking place because same address suite B does have a door bell. We strive to ensure satisfaction with all our clients and potential clients.
