I approached Moe the owner about installing subs and door speakers along with an amp. He suggested Memphis 12s in a ported box and Jbl door speakers. Front and rear speakers different Jbls in front and bsck. To start with he started installing 10s then realized his mistake. Then he had a hard time getting a box for the 12s. Eventually he found one which I didn't know wasn't ported.it took him most of the day to install and it sounded like crap! He put a ds 18 in that didn't sound good. Why he didn't use a Memphis to go with the Memphis speakers is beyond me. With minor adjustment it was better not great. I went to Little Rock and my brother's listened and were shocked how badly it sounded. Mind you I've spent just over 2 bands no financing. So I took it back on his day off he agreed. Well it took him all day and he did make it sound better finally putting a Memphis amp for the subs and the highs. but he refused to put my amps behind the back seat saying it was difficult. Now my box is under seat with amps directly behind box making box sit a couple inches out from edge of seat. Well before I got back to Texas I realize when trying to talk to people through the truck that they can't hear me. And I can't hear my turn signal ticking anymore. I text him about the issue. No response. In all I spent over $2500 with him. I am really disappointed to say the least. He says he's been in business there for 30 years. The quality of his work doesn't reflect it.I wouldn't recommend this guy he's basically a one man shop who has to stop his work everytime someone enters the store. Never again! Go somewhere else!

I would not do business with this place again, the owner is disrespectful and doesn't respect the customer needs. I'm a respectable person whom not to long lost my younger Sister and I'm going through something and I work hard for my money. I asked him to install a 4 channel amp to my system and he kept coming to me with different excuses like he didn't know what he was doing and what he didn't know is I know just as much about audio as he does I just don't have time because I work a lot of hours on my job and I don't have the equipment. If you need audio work I advise you to go else where because this place and worth it sorry and he had the nerve to bypass my rear speakers and add them to my subwoofer with a built-in amp and tell me it was ok after he was almost finished. I don't like that, he should have asked me before he did that. This is a unprofessional shop and I'm sorry 😞 but I'm done with their business!!!

I called on 5-24-23 to inquiry about an amp install. After explaining what I wanted the manager states if I did not buy my products from him he would not install my system. I explained I bought a kit. He then starts to explain he had a lot of cars. I mean which one is it. I will happily take my business somewhere else.

I had a alarm put on my car they told me what time to come back they had it ready they were very friendly l will use them again
