Worst service and price of any service I've ever paid for. Didn't do the job right resulting in my battery being stripped and frying my radio that was put in.
I had them install my subs and do some work on my lights. Super friendly staff and very reasonable pricing. Elijah worked one my car and he did excellent explaining everything to me after. I would recommend them to anyone living close or living in Johnson city Tn!
Audio Underground is the epitome of customer service. I bought a 2019 Sequioa with a navigation system that left little to be desired. After seeing glowing reviews about AU I called them. They installed a really nice system but it was just not the right one for my vehicle. They never questioned at all my unhappiness and made some adjustments. The adjustments still didn't fix the issue. The system was too small for my vehicle, hard to see, and had a terrible glare. We all did some research and we agreed to try a bigger external system. This new system is perfect and I LOVE it! Elijah and Rick never once made me feel uncomfortable or that I was a nagging complainer. They were always smiling and kind and agreed the smaller system was not right for my vehicle, despite having installed a gagillion with no issues in smaller vehicles. They have been very accommodating and I will definitely return for any other special extras. I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs!
Wonderful experience here! Fair price for my radio install, friendly gentleman running the store. And store kitties. It was the most pleasant waiting experience I've had. Although the kitties tried to be the star, their excellent service must be commended! They got my radio installed in not too long of a wait for a decent price. They have an adoption wall for their cats, and were nursing some stray kittens to health in the back as well. I loved the atmosphere of this place. Edit 1: I went back later in the day because I couldn't get the faceplate to go back on. They helped me no problem, they're such kind people! I highly recommend. Edit 2: I returned two months later because after my main mechanic worked on my car, he couldn't get my radio to turn back on. The kind gentlemen here helped me once again, diagnosing a bad wire and repairing it. Plus, the kitties are still happily here to boot! I will come here again and again. 😸
My son and I travel from Mountain City to have the windows tinted on his 4Runner They started on time and did a great job. We were in and out in less than an hour I really appreciate their professional service and quality work
