Lots of shooting first and asking questions later. Had a stereo and camera install, and not once did I get invited to tell them what my expecations were. No consultation. Just a snippy attitude and shrugged shoulders from the guy doing the work. Did a sloppy install on the faceplate, didn't connect the mic right, gouged my console, left cables hanging out of the dash and the floor panels, and didn't test a single thing. Had to have another shop fix the sloppy work for the cost I payed in the first place.
