If you're looking to get speakers installed or any work done to your car period, I highly advise that you avoid these people like the plague. I took my Subaru here 3-4 years back to get new speakers installed. The staff was extremely rude and uncaring, my door panels were loose and sloppily installed back on, and recently, one of the speakers has already began to cut out. Take your car somewhere else, a sloppy job that will only last 3-4 years is not worth the price they ask for.

I've been going to Ultimate Audio for years for different odd jobs here and there. But my visit yesterday was especially worth noting because the guy at the front desk (I can't remember his name) not only made the process smooth for me of installing Bluetooth technology into my Mercedes he also walked me thru the process of how to get it started and helped me troubleshoot all the issues I was having with my phone… not their work, and he didn't leave until it was figured out and hooked up the right way. I will definitely be back for all my audio needs. They also fixed my cracked wheel so I wouldn't have to buy another one a few months before yesterday's visit so I also know where to go for my wheel and tire needs as well. Thanks Ultimate Audio

Im a mini van Mom with a DVD player in my mini van. Its encased in console that runs most of the length of the interior of my van. The system quit working and we couldn't repair it and Ultimate Audio found an exact replacement and got my DVD player working again making 6 kids pretty happy! Then some time later I had another issue with kids putting two DVD's in at the same time. Called and talked with Shawn @ Ultimate Audio again and I dropped it off to them and they fixed it right up got the player going again! Moms this place is for you with anything audio you need done. The guy helping us was good explain they didn't have what they needed and would call when they get it so we can schedule install for a radio with Apple CarPlay.

They take appointments which is good but charge a deposit which is tacky. Installers have very poor attention to detail. Left my passenger seat all the way down like a bed. Pinched some wires btw my Amp and sub box. Lost a pop rivet for a trunk trim panel. Left the upper trunk trim detached. Sloppy work but fair price.
