Summary

AI Generated from Google reviews

The business receives strongly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise the helpful staff, clean installs and professional work on speakers, subwoofers, XM radio, dash cams and back cameras. Reviewers highlight quick service, on-time installs and a warranty on camera work. Negative reviews are a small share and mostly about customer service. They mention slow replies to quote requests, long waits past appointment times, a mid-quote labor rate increase and a tint scheduling mix-up. The owners reply to some of these complaints.

Custom Car Stereo did a great job of installing dash cameras and back cameras for both of our vehicles. Seamless installation. They back up their cameras with warranty. Provided ongoing service support and answered any questions I may have about operating the app. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I love car audio and have driven by this place several times, always meaning to stop in. Today I had a specific need and happened to be in the area, so I finally stopped. There were several customers in the shop and the phone was constantly ringing, but the staff handled everything really well and still took plenty of time with each person. Everyone was super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. You never get the feeling that they’re rushing you or just trying to get you out the door. Check them out and ask for LaTrez, but I’m sure anyone you get will be just as eager to help. Great experience!

Questions to ask Custom Car Stereo

1What would the total be for my car, parts and labor? So you can compare quotes on the full price.
2Have you worked on my make and model before?Newer cars can need extra parts or know-how.
3Do you install parts I bought online? Does labor cost more? Not every shop does, so ask before you buy.
4Do you warranty your labor? For how long?So you know what happens if something stops working.
5Can you send photos of past installs?Photos show the finished work, which stars can’t.
6Do you charge to check it? Does that go toward the repair? So there are no surprises at pick-up.
