Tim’s knowledge and helpfulness makes shopping at Cruisin Sounds a very enjoyable experience. The big box stores cannot match the customer service and expertise you will find when you walk in the door and talk with Tim about your stereo needs.

Very helpful, but they are booked 2 or 3 weeks out.

I have had my sub woofer and amplifier in my car for about 5 years now, and it had blown and stopped working Thursday evening. I found this place online and walked in Friday morning to get it checked out. The owner took a look at my system and figured out the problem immediately. I came back later that same day at 2:30 (as appointments are typically required) and it was fixed within an hour! The service was wonderful and so quick, and the workers helped me pick out a woofer to replace my busted one. This woofer was also cheaper than the original woofer I had! They were so helpful and the prices were amazing (coming from a college student)! I will never go anywhere else!

With the hands free laws in regards to cell phones in South Carolina starting which are very needed and my wife’s new Camry already having the infotainment system it was maybe just jealousy and not the new laws I decided to upgrade. My 2010 Toyota FJ which I bought new in early 2010 was still utilizing the original stereo so it was time to do an upgrade. They installed a new Sony with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as a new backup camera since my current setup was the small black and white image from the mirror 🤣. They did an awesome job and looks factory and I couldn’t see the microphone until he showed me where it’s located. Also, he took time to show how to setup my iPhone to it. They have a great attitude and sure are customer focused and I can see why everyone goes here for this type of service. Thank you for a job well done 👍🏻

The guys at cruzin sounds are very reliable and knowledgeable in sound systems. They were a great help in narrowing down/fixing my problem with an aftermarket radio. I bought a set of Rockford fosgate speakers from cruzin sounds and they’re great quality. Support your local shops instead of buying online from china!

My back up camera image was not displaying on the new infotainment device installed by Cruisin Sound. Took it in, they readily diagnosed the problem and fixed it 1.2.3. The problem was the manufaturer's fault, but they took responsibility at no charge to me. What more can you ask. Great great business.
