Scott was a very nice person. He was able to fix my speakers and the price was very reasonable. After he finished, he showed me the van which was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. 5/5 would come back again

No response or calls after I reached out several times. I called and texted. Update: this is the right place. We spoke once, you never called back regarding what I needed done. Ive even sent pictures of the equipment I wanted. You mentioned your other job. I texted several times the same number you picked up. Its been many months at this point.

Let’s make sure we don’t have the wrong business here. First off my business hours are 9am till 2:30pm Monday through Friday. However I keep my shop phone forwarded to my cellphone at all times. I work another job in Charlotte from 4pm till midnight and I haven’t missed any calls nor have I had any texts that I have not responded to. <br>Update: I do not recall this situation but if you’re texting my shop land line (803-366-8888) those texts do not get forwarded to my cellphone. I only receive phone calls unless you have my personal cellphone number which not many people do.

Hi China. I can’t believe you are leaving a 1 star review. So for those people who will read this let me explain. This customer brought in a used amp and (2) used Skar subwoofers for me to install. After performing the installation I was about to tune the amp. I found that the amp was going into protect mode. So I began to remove the subwoofers from the box to perform an inspection of them. One subwoofer read good with my meter. The other one read 0.8ohms on one voice coil. The other voice coil read open. I informed her of the situation and we agreed that I would disconnect the bad subwoofer and leave it that way till she bought a replacement. After she picked up the car the amp was going into protect again on her music. After I had her turn the volume down a bit it was playing fine. I told her that this subwoofer must also have a short in it as well. The next day I talked to her and she says it was smoking in her trunk very bad. So that subwoofer that was on its last leg finally gave out. So despite me doing a professional installation of her used and bad equipment I get blamed for it. Mrs. China I’m sorry you felt like you had to give me a 1 star because of your bad speakers when I did MY part but giving someone a bad review for something that’s not my fault is totally unacceptable.
