1 star. We agreed on $1,400 for lights on all four doors plus a full music install with one amp. First appointment: he didn't install the lights at all. I brought the truck back and he installed lights only on the front doors, claiming the rear doors were never part of the deal — they were. I asked BEFORE the job if he takes card and he said yes. At payment time he told me $1,600 with card "because of taxes." After his work, my truck's warning chimes (turn signals, seatbelt) now get stuck blasting through the speakers — the install messed with the electrical system. When I tried to get it fixed, he blocked my phone number. Dishonest and unprofessional. I have proof of everything. Do not recommend.

Luis is a great human. I read all sorts of comments and ratings. Even the five-stars are not high enough. I had my dash cameras installed - I brought my own. I got nervous about the fuses, so I took the car to MegAudio. Less than an hour and a half from when I walked out the door, the instalation was complete. Everything is neat and clean. None of my stuff was distributed (seats, mirrors, dog seat). I expected them to be (I moved them just failing to install), but pleasant that they weren't. Luis also came out with me at pickup to ensure it was operational. I also like folks who offer their hand in greeting and departure; looks you in the face while doing it too. I believe it is harder to hide who you are when enacting this social behavior. I miss seeing from others what I see in Luis. Thank you Luis and MegAudio.

Welp I would never bring my bike here again, drill hole in the side bag, that was the biggest issue, radio sound from speaker install, always static and now 4 screws floating around in side bag for broken Amp Speaker, wouldn’t recommend this place

Went here to get replacement speakers for my car. It was an easy process, and the price and communication were both good. Highly recommend!!
