They did an awesome job doing the remote start on our Subaru outback. I really hate hacking into cars electronics these days but these guys know what they're doing. Modern car electronics are heavy duty and I only take my stuff here.
The website says that they are open, but they are closed. I drove for 1 hour for service, and while driving I tried calling to make sure that they are open, nobody picked up the phone. The person who finally pickup is hard hearing and hang up on me multiple times. That was not professional at all, people have things to do, they should stop lying on their website, because I could have gone elsewhere and have it done.

Mike is THEE MAN!!!! My Jeep radio has been broken for almost a year. I loss my younger brother (my best friend) to brain cancer June 23rd 2024 🙏🏿 I couldn't deal with the silent rides in my Jeep anymore.... so today I decided (at the last min) to contact Creative Autosound Inc. Josh dad Mike helped me out in a major way. He was actually closing but he stayed at work late to put my system in. The kit didn't fit. Best Buy didn't have the part (like they said they did online) so Mike worked hard and made the parts himself. He's the man!!!! Now I have music again 💪🏾 which will help me cope with the loss of my only brother. I'll be going back for a remote start (for my older Jeep). Thank You Creative Autosound Inc 👍🏾
Excellent service and skills. Josh installed Apple Carplay in my older BMW. I purchased the unit on Ebay and Josh was happy to install it for me. This entailed removing major parts of the dashboard and console. The end product looks like it came from the factory. I highly recommend Creative Autosound Inc. for great service and pricing. I will definitely go to them for future needs.
Mike and Josh are AMAZING. I'm so glad I went there. They diagnosed a few problems with my Jeep and fixed them right up, no issues. They also installed a new radio in the car. If I had more cars, I'd go to them. They are great! I cannot say it enough! Did I mention they were great?
Needed an alarm installed late on a saturday, the guys waited for me to get there and stayed late, very kind and good work and reasonable prices
