As someone who's new to car audio, he helped me a TON! I bought a new amp for my chevy tahoe, and had no idea how to install it. I pulled up to Sergents not realizing the place was closed, but as I was walking back to my car, he walked out of his shop and proceeded to tell me exactly what I needed to do to install my amp myself. He didn't try to sell me anything or get any money out of me. Just gave me some SOLID advice. Now thanks to him, my system is bumpin! 100% will be coming back for any future audio needs. 10/10 bring your business here!!
