These guys were great to work with. I had some unique items to source to complete my car stereo upgrade. I fully expected to have to buy a new deck but they took the time to go back in their install shop and see what they had lying around. They found something perfect and when I went to pay at the counter, they let me know it was no charge. Wow! if that's the level of care, service and client appreciation, I will definitely be back. Shopping in the store for a TV, Donovan patiently answered all my questions with thorough explanations. After a few visits, I finally picked one. I did bit of research and they price matched what Amazon was asking. They delivered one week later. Smitty and Tyler did a great install job and I'm very happy with the set up. Previously it was a jumble of cords. Things were simplified and adapted as needed. Upon request, they will recycle the old unit. We are lucky to have a dedicated stero and TV store in Roseburg! They also do auto units.
Had a stereo installed here. Way better service than I expected. They were friendly, professional and I feel I got a good deal on a great car stereo and the install. After it was installed they gave me a walkthrough if how to use all the features. Will definitely return if I need anything else, maybe some lights for my rig. —Update 2024- Have a new truck and went in for a nice new stereo. Eli did a great job helping me with my options, installed it, and went over it with me. Another awesome experience here. Thanks guys. Happy with my new stereo!

New car stereo looks and sounds good.
I brought my teen daughters car in on a Saturday morning, hoping to surprise my daughter while she was out of town. the sales and service were outstanding. Tyler and Eli worked in between scheduled appointments in order to get the car done on the same day. Thanks for the hard work and sacrifice guys!
