This is a great shop. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They had no problem answering all of my questions without making me feel guilty or stupid for asking them. After doing lots of research, they also have the best pricing in southern Oregon. For my friends and family, this will always be my recommended shop in southern Oregon.

So going through our receipts from these guys it looks like we've spent 6,382.78 over the past 6 years. That does not include a system in my chevy 2500 or my ford f-250. Went in there today just to find out how to remove my manual window handle because the speaker in that door quit working. They wanted to set me up with a diagnostic appointment for like 90.00!!! Couldn't just take the 30 seconds to show me how the handle comes off. Took it to my mechanic over at Tom's Automotive and he took the handle off for me in about 15 seconds!!!! I will NEVER buy another system from car tunes!!!!! Their greed cost them and I'm sure they couldn't care less!!! UPDATE: This guy sure don't like negative reviews!!! Lol GO elsewhere these people don't deserve good people's business!
Well for starters we don't charge $90 for a diagnostic fee. I would like to know which one of my techs you talked to because we are always trying to help our customers specially the one that always bring their business to us.
Had a new head unit/GPS installed today. From the counter guy's equipment knowledge to the installer's finesse and attention to detail, the place was a dream to do business with. My thanks to all. Secondly a shoutout to Mike from GP Toyota Parts Dept for the solid recommend !!
