Brad and staff where very helpful and friendly when I upgraded from my stock stereo. Even threw in a USB port for free when the one in my truck I used for android auto didn't carry over to my new system. Will definitely be going back to upgrade all speakers when the time comes
We were sent to Brad's for new fobs, but since our security system was outdated (22 years old), we found out that we needed an entirely new system. I've lived near the Eugene/Springfield area my entire life, so I knew from the longstanding reputation in the community that Brad's specializes in stocking only high-quality products and offering professional, personalized installation. We had the new security system installed, and decided to throw in an Alpine touchscreen media receiver and a back-up camera. Our entire experience was fantastic, and everyone in the shop is professional, kind, and offer impeccable customer service! Travis in particular stood out, as we were able to eavesdrop (while we were in the waiting area) on his kind, knowledgeable, professional treatment with every customer who walked through the door or called on the phone. Especially in this changing era with many people buying products online, Brad's Car Tunes knows how to treat customers to ensure they will want to come back (and tell their friends!). Thank you for a fantastic experience! We know we will be back! :)
I cane in for a sub and they helped me figure out the best system for my budget, and the workers are amazing. Travis was one of the workers who worked on my car and showed me a-lot of different systems and was very helpful. Im planning on adding more to my car and will definitely be going back

Amazing customer service! The whole team is great. Mike installed the Sub and amp I bought there and it sounds epic & bumps nice. My headlights quit working, which was totally my fault. I came back and Mike happily fixed my headlights and made sure my stereo was working properly and perfectly! A+
Came in today for a deck swap and a subwoofer install. Was out of there in less than 2 hours, and now I'm bumping happily down the road. Awesome customer service and excellent installation of my system. Super satiafied with my experience. Highly recommend.
