I called them on the phone to seek information. Whoever answered was rude and somewhat confrontational. Maybe he was just having a bad day, but why pass it on to a potential customer seeking to spend money. So I just hung up.
My late husband has always used Gain and now I do and even more so since I had a problem 2 weeks ago. Out of no where my car wouldn't start and I couldn't use the remote. I called Gain in a panic as my spare was at home and I was at work. The gentleman (wish I knew his name) calmed me down and explained what to do until I could get home. He also said not to worry as he wouldn't leave me stranded. I went in on Mon and got a new battery and all is good. Highly recommend this company and location.
I had them install a radio in my old truck as well as any accessories I needed they were fast and very pleasant I would highly recommend them
From the start to the finished product,I was very pleased with the service I received. Everything was done professionally and clean! Just go on in and talk to them and you'll see for yourself how knowledgeable they are.
It's difficult to put in words my appreciation for this shop.. Julius is a wizard! How he does the things I ask him to do is unbelievable. I've got some pretty crazy requests as my vehicles are highly modified.. he's taken care of them all. I won't go anywhere else for my car audio and aftermarket installations. From train horns to ground effects to some seriously insane sounding audio.. this man can do it all. Don't go to these highly overpriced shops that charge an arm and a leg.. you've only got 2 of each - save them for yourself. Go see Julius at Gain Electronics. You won't regret it. 4 vehicles later - 2003 Avalanche, 2001 VW Cabrio and 2 late model Jeep Wrangler JLU's .. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you for your impeccable service Julius!

Extremely unprofessional. Could not find the part I needed in his computer and proceeded to tell me to go F myself when I let him know that the part was in fact real and did exist. Do not use this company
