Excellent service and work. BB dropped the ball second Xmas in a row so I called Custom and they got my son's stereo install done NEXT DAY! Next time I'm going here for the whole shopping and service experience.

I walk into the store, dude was a dick right off the bat, said he'd jus wanted to go home after sitting in a chair all day when I got done working a 13 hour work day white skinny guy was the dick had the worst attitude tried making me pay 400-500 for a 120 job said I HAVE to buy the wires from the store again when the wires I alr had were originally from the store big scammer don't go this was all also 2:30 from closing lazy lazy people.. this review was form 3 days ago I have then went to another store and got the same exact thing done for $250 this store is a waste of time and money do not go to this store!!!

I dropped my son's car off to have the old faded tint removed. They finished the job less than 1 1/2 hours! The window looks new again! The price was very affordable! We'll definitely be using them for future work!

They do good work. I don't like their business model. I tried to go to the location closest to me, but was informed the only tinting employee was out for surgery, didn't know when he would be back. So, I went to another location way out of my way. There was a crease in the windshield film, so I went back to the location that installed it. Their one tinting person was out for a few days. Bad customer service. Also, the person I spoke with at the place that installed it suggested I just live with the crease. For as much as I paid to have my SUV completely tinted, I don't think so.

Wanted a certain tint done on my car and instead of saying they couldn't do it that dark like I asked they did what the wanted and not say anything and charged me for it. Then when I call back to ask about it they are very rude and disrespectful !
