I took my truck in to have a dash and rear cam installed and I am so happy I did! Lando is friendly and professional….such a nice helpful guy! He let me know ahead of time what I could expect cost and time wise. Called me to find out if I wanted the cams in specific spots. They did an incredible, professional job! It was well worth the price which was actually not bad at all! I 100% recommend them! Thank you again for the great job Lando! Peggy L

I made an appointment for window tinting online (with a deposit). They called me to confirm. Day of appointment, I drive there early to drop off the vehicle but there is no drop box like they said there would be. Drive back later after they open and was told their employee who does tinting is out again and I have to go to another location or reschedule. They did refund me without issue and called me to try and fix it.

Booked an appointment to have a head unit installed. They said they would have all the harnesses and brackets needed. Arranged for a ride and went down on my only day off and they didn't have any of the equipment needed. Don't waste peoples time

I got a 12-inch Cerwin-Vega active subwoofer that fits over the spare tire in any typical SUV. Mine is a 2024 Hyundai Tuscon with a Bose premium sound system. The 5" subwoofer in the back is OK, but I wanted more bass and not too much. More like the bass you feel at a concert. Was greeted by Lando at the door. Super-friendly guy and was able to set an appointment a few days later. A guy named Powell did the installation. He did a solid, high-quality job. The extra bass is exactly what I was looking for. If you like a place to select high-quality sound or buy your products elsewhere, I'd recommend Custom Sounds & Tint to do the install. The professionals there are friendly, confident, and do a great job. They have a good flow of business as a result of great work so plan about a 4+ hours of time and when you contact them, expect to make an appointment for a later day. When you get there, you can always wait there or walk across the street to Brents for some great cajun and atmosphere.

Thus far working with Lando has been a great experience. He and one of the installers came up with a creative solution for my situation. They were able to begin right away and I think I'm just a few hours away from picking up my vehicle. Very excited to see what they've put together!! Been meaning to get on here and update my review since I picked it up. Tons of sound coming out of my truck now!!! I've had it back for a couple of weeks and I've enjoyed driving back and forth to work so much more. Traffic is a lot less frustrating when you can play your favorite tunes at an unholy volume. They put together a box for the sub that fits perfectly in the extra cab area of my Toyota Tacoma (can also be used as a bench seat or a package deck - so I still have the storage space). When I came to pick it up, I was really surprised.... rather than cover the box in black vinyl, Lando had taken the time to track down some Blue/Grey Vinyl so that the box was a perfect match for the factory interior. So cool!! All new components in all the factory positions. I asked Lando to set me up for hearing damage and chest pains from the sound. He delivered!! Thanks guys!!

I'm from out of town. About 10 years ago I put a full Soundsystem in my 2001 Chevrolet 2500 HD. It's my every day driver. About a year and a half ago the pioneer head unit started shorting out. I'd have tunes sometime and sometimes I would not. The two front door speakers also blew out. They were pioneer also. I was in town and had a few hours to spare waiting on my daughter to get out of class, so I went and talked to Lando. Lando set me up with a Kenwood head unit and a couple of new Hertz door speakers. Lando was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was not afraid to take some one on one time and answer all my questions. I appreciate him and Custom Sounds & Tint for their professionalism and great service! Lando also set me up with a two year warranty.
