Allen is unprofessional. He doesn't answer his phone or voicemail. Personally, when I gave him $200 upfront for an amplifier, he never told me he had more amplifiers in stock, and most of the items are not worth the price. He also lied, saying he was going to give me a better amplifier. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Besides that, he does an alright job on your car after he messed up the first time. Also, he pay for his reviews. You better going Bestbuy.
