Thought they did a good job at first than realized my girl paid almost 1000$ for a outdated stereo that still has iPod on it and I couldn’t even get the rear camera installed without paying extra luckily for them it was a gift so I couldn’t check nothing out myself or I would’ve never proceeded business with my 2016 ram and it’s probably a early 2000s radio janky as hell even when someone calls and I hang up it keeps ringing through paid way too much I’ll be using YouTube next time

I never take my cars to anyone else they take care of me fast and for a fair price and their products are beyond great.

Bought a remote car starter. Worked more than a ¼ mile away. Worked from inside hospitals, huge buildings and still went through malls. I damaged the remote couple months ago. Took Dodge Ram back to John Downtown Sound today. Less than 1 hr he had a new remote programmed and I can turn the A/C on to cool this truck off before I even get in it. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

Called about getting a radio and my subs installed on my 2010 jeep patriot. Was told to come in and they could start it right away and was greeted like they knew me from the start. All around good service was upfront about everything didnt try to hide anything or swindle the cost of anything explain what costed what and was fast. All around great service and setup sounds amazing. Thank you very much again love my new set up.

I had an 05 Chevy that was a mess from one guy putting a system in it and another guy ripping it out. John got my truck all squared away and got my sound system working. Very good work.

Just had my 2019 Subaru tinted by Downtown Sounds. Previously had a 2013 Volkswagen tinted here too. Both were excellent quality installs. Great prices. Friendly, down to earth staff, no sales gimmicks. 10/10 recommend!
