Mr. Band Mgr, we take customer feedback very seriously and have reviewed the call recordings from your conversations with our team members at both locations. Because we want every customer to get exactly what they need, our staff offered you several different tiers and packages for the ceramic coating and window tinting you requested.<br><br>Unfortunately, the call recordings also confirm that our associates were met with extreme disrespect and hostility when they attempted to explain these options. We require a basic level of mutual respect in our interactions and do not tolerate abusive language directed at our staff, and we stand fully behind our team's professionalism on these calls.<br><br>Furthermore, the recordings indicate that you disconnected the call with our associate, not the other way around. When we called back to ensure that we weren't disconnected, you verbatim said, "No, I hung up on you!" Finally, you imply in your review that there was an in-person confrontation outside of our shop. To our knowledge, and based on our records, you have not actually visited either of our store locations.
