The owner sits down with you, fine-tunes the system for what you actually desire, and does not just slap the specs from the side of a box into your vehicle. He will take the time to adjust your knobs, sit in the various seats with you, and make sure that the sound is exactly as you desire it- from every angle. Don't expect to drop your car off like it's an oil change. Expect to have your car tuned like a piano because you will drive out with excellent sound. Don't expect a new screen. Expect to be asked whether or not you want a matte finish or a brighter LED crystal. As a return customer who has sat in his shop and watched him interact with customers ad nauseam because he gives everyone ALL of his time… If the customer wants something outside what the system will handle, he will not just install it and take the business. He will tell the customer why another setup may work better, even if it is a less profitable deal for the owner. I've watched him do this many times. Hard to find the intersection of both an honest businessman and the best technician around but that intersection is AudioWorks of Cincinnati.

I was traveling from out of state with an unusual issue and they took me in right away. Ed and his team were over the top kind, knowledgeable, and gave my car a detailed inspection to identifying the problem. Very clean store and shop with great hospitality. They walked me through every step ensuring I understood what needed to be done. I highly recommend Audio Werks!

Remote start on a manual! 💪 Ed & crew were phenomenal. They installed the remote start on my 2018 Tacoma in under a day, I picked it up the next morning & his tech (I apologize for not recalling his name, but he was great) gave me a quick tutorial on how to use it. We had an issue with it not working, a couple times actually, but they took care of it ON THE SPOT as soon as I arrived. Twice. Ed even called me a couple days after the first issue to see if it was resolved. Fantastic shop! I’ll be using them exclusively for my vehicles from here on out.

I needed an interlock device installed on my Cadillac Escalade. Almost the same thing as installing a remote start system as far as what I needed done. They did a great job My car was just as clean coming out as it was going in. They do great work I highly recommend them.

Got my new car stereo installed here and as Always they do a excellent job installing radios and give a almost perfect time on when the install will be done and they make sure to take the time to make sure you are satisfied with their work and the product and even make sure you know how it operates.
