Summary
AI Generated from Google reviewsThe business receives strongly positive reviews. Customers frequently praise fast, professional service, factory-looking head unit and alarm installs, and patient phone help with remote fobs. Reviewers highlight knowledgeable staff, including Sam, Jim and Bob, and some say they felt no pressure to buy. Some negative reviews mention high prices and remote start or stereo problems that took repeat visits, though most of those complaints are several years old. The business often replies to complaints, and some of those replies argue with the customer about pricing.
