About a year ago Andrew installed Apple CarPlay in my 20 year old car. The job was done in a very professional manner and the price was very reasonable. Recently while going through the car wash my power antenna broke and the internal cable snapped. This was not related to the work that Andrew had done for me but I called him because I knew he could fix my problem. When I called he scheduled me for same day service and was able to fix my issue in minutes. At end he said it was a simple fix so he wasn't going to charge for his time. What a nice gesture and it is definitely one that I will always remember. Thanks Andrew for the excellent service that you delivered. I will tell as many people as I can to come your way when they are in need audio/auto technology services.
I walked in embarrassed at how long my Cadillac Srx touch screen was broken but immediately was met with professionalism, courtesy and able to get the job done at a very reasonable price. Without a doubt, I recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area!
