Disappointed by these guys. Requested speakers get put in my speaker rack they wired it up but didn’t put the speakers in. I said not to “mount it” meaning mount the speaker rack itself to the truck. 320 spent for no reason! Took all day just to do it wrong

came in here for a quick radio fix and boss man at the front was very knowledgeable about what he knew and ultimately recommended that i replace my radio. knowledgeable staff definitely recommend coming if you need subs or your audio fixed

I went to Signature Sound to see if my underglow lights could be repaired after hitting a pot hole. The Gentleman who assisted me was named Rico. He was very professional and patient. Although he didn't recommend me repairing my underglow lights but replacing them, he did fix my Daytime Running Lights. And showed me how to use the App. Service was A+. I will be a returning customer.

Ricco and his team at Signature Sound have been the best. Ricco is knowledgeable, flexible and works with the customer within their budget to assist with achieving the Signature Sound and custom lighting goals of their customers. I am a repeat customer. Rico is the man!!! He did an install on one of my vehicles back in 22’ I had another vehicle done at the same time at Rudy’s on Yadkin. I’ve nothing but problems with the system installed at Rudy’s and now have to take that vehicle to Rico for him to get it right. The install Rico did has been flawless!!! My amp from the original install Rico did, started going into protection mode for the first time a couple of days ago and I called him today to see if he could help figure out what was going on which he did and explained why it was happening and troubleshot everything imaginable possibility for why the amp was doing that and he said bring it up right now and I got you!!! He told me the install was still under his warranty and took care of everything!!! Figured out the issues explained how to avoid it then went over some other things about the current deck, then talked about upgrade options and some other things!!! He’s a true artist and craftsman with his setups and took care of me!!! Not to mention he treats you like family!!! He has my business for life!!! If you want your audio and accessories done right bring your vehicle here!!! I promise you won’t regret it!!!

The folks at Signature Sound were professional and friendly. Installation (car speakers, amps, and sub) was clean and tuned upon pickup. I would do business with them again. Rico is honest and transparent with pricing, which is rare with stereo shops. Another reason to do business with them again.

It's a great place. I got there and within 2 hours they diagnosed my current car stereo had died and installed a new one that I bought.
