I had an excellent experience getting some trim replaced. I got quotes from several different vendors who either charged exorbitant amounts for what I needed or they couldn't guarantee that they would not break anything during the process. I finally landed on High Output and they provided a fair price, completed the work in about half the time that was quoted, and they did a great job.

I stopped in to get apple car play installed into my truck, and they did such an excellent job. Definitely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back to get speakers and an amp for my truck. Thank you guys so much!

Incompetent and irresponsible!! They ruined my new Honda Civic I deeply regret bringing my new car to this shop. They are fundamentally incapable of handling modern vehicle electronics. Following their "camera installation," they completely destroyed the functionality of my Honda Civic’s Auto Hold brake system. When I confronted them with the damage they caused, they didn't just fail to fix it—they flat-out refused to take responsibility for their own incompetence. The level of negligence here is staggering. They are more than happy to take your money, but they will leave you high and dry the moment they break something. Save yourself the headache, the repair bills, and the stress. Do not let these people anywhere near your vehicle.

Today I experience a great customer service and a real pro (Mauricio the owner) guy that really impress me. I tried to install a rear dash cam camera on my RAV 4 and broke the inner rear mirror plastic cover. I arrived to High Output Audio shop in Raleigh and Mauricio was able to put the new cover in NO TIME. When I asked him for the job price, he reply with a big smile NO CHARGE. On my next car I will use this professional shop to do the job from A to Z. Well as I promised I scheduled a new dash cam installation on my new RAV4 2026 with High Output Audio. The results are amazing they did a very professional and very neat job.

Purchased speakers for my motorcycle. Reasonable price.

I recently took my RV to High Output of Raleigh and had them install my Wolfbox G840S Mirror Dash Cam that I purchased from Amazon. I can't say enough about the excellent installation and the professional workmanship where all the wiring was hidden so well you would have thought it was a factory install. All the staff were friendly and helpful and as others have said, no pressure to upsell. I definitely recommend them and will be back with any other electronic installs.
