Freeman's Stereo Video

I needed to get the wiring fixed in a vehicle I purchased and J Bear helped set me up and kept me posted on the progress. These guys really know their stuff. Aside from excellent service, the prices are great as well.

We have been coming to this location for years. So far, we replaced the sound system, upgraded speakers, installed remote starter and added dashcams. Every time, the staff is courteous, timely and knowledgeable. We have had them work on multiple makes of vehicles with no issues. Most recently, I popped in to inquire about a dashcam. They had a no show on their schedule. One hour later, I rolled outta there with my new Kenwood dashcam. I highly recommend this location.

The guys at freeman's car stereo were amazing. Very professional and knowledgeable. I got a kenwood dash cam installed and the guys took the time to show me how to use it through the app.

I'm going to guess I was the first 2nd Gen CTS-V dash kit they installed after an official one was finally released a decade+ later. Not wanting to abandon my coupe I wanted a more modern look to the stock system. Had a Kenwood head unit added in place of the rising stock screen and you can't tell it's not stock. Steering controls, backup camera, etc. all work as expected. Couldn't be happier with the end result.

I can't say enough good things about the caliber of the staff and product offerings of Freeman's. They are always more than willing to assist me with my existing components, even if they are original to my car. And they make professional recommendations regarding replacement components. A special shout out to Associate J-Bear who is extremely helpful when I drop in with a question or three!

I never feel like they go above and beyond and give only marginal to less than marginal service. I've used them for many projects but this last one I felt slighted. They wasted money by charging me for equipment I did not need due to the lack of communication on their end. Lastly, on another project they sold me speakers that were not meant for my dad's truck (he didn't have the Infinity setup) and they were unwilling to exchange them because I was outside of my 30 day window. This will be the last time that I shop with them.
