Got a starter key fob put into my fiance's car. Overall the work was fantastic, but they were misleading about the price. They told me it was going to be one price, then I got the receipt and it was $100 more. They had told me the price with all the labor and adding in an extra piece would have just appreciated more transparency in price. The woman working was getting defensive and saying they didn't charge me for labor...but they did, just odd vibes. I probably should have done more research and gone to a cheaper place
This is why we do not like to install other peoples product.. You said you have everything for the install.. You had the remote start , you did not have the communication module you needed for the install..We qoated you a price if you had everything ... again you did not , so before we did the work we called you and let you know you were an addition $100 for the module which you need for the work. any other shop would have told you the same thing... So I dont see what we did wrong to miss lead you... this happens alot when people buy product on line thinking they are going to save money and get quoted a price and get mad when they need extra parts... Sorry there was a mix up but if you think the quality of sound fx comes at cheap stores, you will find out in that is not the case.. good work is not cheap and cheap work is not good. Have a good holiday.

This is a top quality shop that stands by their work. I had a push to start ignition installed and it went great. The writing is all clean and they made it look like it was factory install. They even soldered the connections…no lazy, loose electrical tape that will end up falling off. I noticed there was a clicking in the unit under the dash and they took it back in and got it corrected right away. Since it was an issue with the unit, it was free of charge. There were no lies or attempts to point the finger elsewhere. These people have earned my trust and I'll definitely use them again.
The radio in my jeep was completely dysfunctional. I stopped in at Sound Fx just to learn about some options, and the entire staff was fantastic! They listened to exactly what I wanted and needed. I was lucky to get a same-day install. What a great experience!

Spoke to a female at 3pm on 1/11/2024. Horrible customer service over the phone. Extremely rude. Doesn't listen to the customer. Not the job for her!! Had an appointment on 1/12/2024. I was told to find a new place to get my work done by the same rude and unprofessional woman. I recommend AUDIOWAZE in bloomingburg. You will never get treated as such!
