Bruce is the best. He really helped diagnosing my electrical problem and upgrading my sound system. Customer service is excellent, and prices are good as well. Do not go anywhere else, this is the place.

I just completed my seventh vehicle with Sound Concepts of Nanuet. They have Dunn Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren, Rolls-Royce, Ford, Shelby, and Yacht and Viking fishing boat. The absolute brilliance of the design team, the overall sound, the finished product and the incredible product is nothing more than the word amazing. The excellent craftsmanship and the personality of Bruce and Jose make this in my humble opinion the best business to do business with in this space. I highly recommend going to see them and getting your vehicle done. I can guarantee there's nothing better.

Two for two. The team at Sound Concept is world-class. They installed an incredible sound system in my 488 spider a few years ago. Now they installed an amazing system in my Ford Bronco Raptor. Despite the inauspicious store, they install incredible systems in high end cars (I picked up my Raptor and there was a Lambo and Ferrari being worked on.). What I really love, beyond the incredible work and sound, of their systems, is Bruce and team always care about producing the best product possible. You never feel like they are doing the bare minimum but rather they are pulling out all of the stops to produce the best.

Bruce was incredibly helpful and solved my rattling problem right away. Since it was just a loose license plate guard he didn't even charge me for his time, just tightened it up and sent me on my way. Class operation and he's earned a customer for all future car audio needs.

I was having problems with the Audio/GPS system on my 2014 Ford Edge. I was sure the owner (Bruce) was going humor me, then tell me that my car was old and he needed to replace the whole system. Instead, he walked out to my car and asked me to show him the problem. In a couple minutes he reproduced the problem, reset and recalibrated the control screen. I was saved! Thank you. Had I gone to the dealer, it would have taken weeks and hundreds (or thousands). I can't say enough about the kind and expert service I received at Sound Concept.
