I was having the dreaded '3 beep' issue on my 2015 Street Glide radio. I spoke to Carlos and within 5 minutes he walked me through the steps to verify my radio was in fact no good. Serial number was no longer available on the radio. He recommended a replacement at 1/4 of the cost of new. Very honest and professional. Thanks again

Took my Porsche 911 here to get a CarPlay receiver installed. Told Robert I probably will need new speakers. Once he beautifully installed the stereo (he made everything fit like a glove to my current console), he said I didn't need new speakers! So honest!!! He could've ripped me off and sell me speakers I didn't need! I will be recommending this place to all my friends!
