Took my car in to have my subs and amp installed and got it back same day. They sound great and Darrell did a great job haven't had any issues with anything not working.

I needed a front & rear facing dash cam for a trip coming up, I stopped in and talked to Darrell about what I was looking for and why, he had a good one in stock but it didn't do what I needed it for. He took the time to explain the difference in the cameras and how they work. If you're looking great quality and upfront honesty, which is hard to find these days, I highly recommend stopping in and see what they have. Thanks Darrell, Tom

I have used them multiple times before and didn't think twice about using them again. I had parking sensors installed. I had problems with them from day one. I took my car back in twice, with no satisfactory results, even though I was told the issue was fixed. After weeks of phone calls and stopping in, I decided to see if I could figure the problem out myself. After two minutes of troubleshooting, I figured out the problem. So clearly, they didn't really try to figure out the issue the two times I took it in, keeping my car multiple days. After I figured out the problem, I stopped in and told them what it was. I was told they would order the part to fix it. That was over two months ago and I haven't heard anything. I will never use them again. Some very expensive parking sensors only half work.

This place is so easy to work with - willing to work with you to get you up and running in a timely efficient manner - definitely recommend doing business here!
The phone call was friendly and the man said he would try to help. 10 minutes later, I arrived. He was quick to put on his coat and attend to the issue with the key fob. While no service was done, the attitude and customer service was excellent.
I would recommend Stereo West in a heartbeat. Darrell, Austin, and the rest of the team go above and beyond. I'll be back!
