My wife got a quote for a stereo, 2 speakers, backup camera and the steering wheel control adapter for just shy of 800.00 after the stereo is installed she gets a call telling her she needs 4 speakers 2 tweeters because they have to match the speekers and a back up camera that will cost another 800. I did not appreciate the bate and switch. For 699.99 I can order a 13" android direct replacement designed for her vehicle. I believe in supporting our local shops it's just disappointing to se them take advantage of people
The original quote that was done for your wife was for the radio replacement that was installed on August 1st. The only additional part that was needed was $14.99. Typically, when the technician recommends speaker replacement it is if there is a blown speaker or if it would have made a significant improvement on the sound quality. I do see an ESTIMATE for all the speakers being replaced with the harnesses/brackets and sound deadening and labor for $715.78. This was, however, only an estimate. We don't appreciate the "bate and switch" analogy. The installation of what was asked for was done with only an addition of $14.99 (Y-adapter). I remember that you came in on her behalf to go over the estimate and at the time you seemed to think it was a fair price for everything involved in replacing all the speakers. I'm sorry that your opinion of price has changed, but taking advantage of people is not something we do.

Cool products and amazing store. Problem is you almost need to take out a loan to afford anything in there it's ridiculous. Just order online honestly.
Thank you for the review. We would like to learn more about where our pricing is high. All of our Amplifiers, Speakers, Subs, Radios are at MAP (lowest we can sell) with the Manufactures and online retailers. Not sure where this was misunderstood since our pricing is on the product on the shelf.
