Tim was amazing. I brought my car in for a remote start. It was not only done in a few hours, but he also checked my battery, checked my tire pressure, and topped off my wiper fluid. I got my car back vacuumed, and there was a hand written thank you card, and some yummy candy in it. Who does that? Gateway Customs, that's who! Thanks for the amazing service!!
My experience with this company was not good and i gave one star cause he tried to play me. He put 2 10" subs under my seat and didn't take in consideration that the su s would he the bottome of seat. So he said he would order 2 new ones. But when he put the new ones in they were different ones. He did think I was gonna look the difference in price and it was o er 280 difference for each sub. Only reason I was refunded cause I called him out on it. He also told me he would order me grills for the new subs.but once I called him out he never ordered them. So I would recommend shopping around and avoiding this company entirely.
