Horrible I spent $230 there so they can fix my audio and the never fix it. The person you talk with is not the technician. So they never have accurate information about your situation avoid this place. Plus they lost screws from my trim.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever.Would never recommend this place to anyone. I spent a good amount of money on full car audio from this place only for them to turn me away when the junk amp they sold me stopped working completely. They refused to replace this because they didn't have another identical one in stock.Be wise spend your money else where
We're sorry you feel that way Justin. As we explained, our store offers a three month warranty and it has been four months since you purchased the amp this from us. Additionally, this amp was brought back without box. We offered to send the amp to the company (as you have a one year warranty through them from the date from purchase) and you declined and walked out. Have a blessed day!
Went to the Ford dealership and they couldn't figure out my problem. I came here and they did such a good job for a good price with a radio with apple car play. I will always come back here. Great help from the family!
