John was excellent at a complete front and rear dash cam install for my Mazda. He quoted me the different options and performed the install, which was done seemlessly and relatively quickly by him. He then showed me how to operate the system and explained his follow up services.

I had the best experience with JDK Auto & Security!! John installed my dash cam for me and made the entire process so quick and easy. He also took the time to educate me on how everything works and made sure I understood how to use it before I left. He was extremely helpful and professional. He absolutely did an amazing job. I highly recommend John to anyone looking to have a dash cam installed. He was fantastic!! When I got my car back it looked like it wasn’t’t there. I will definitely be coming back in the future!!

I called to ask about a car starter and John researched the car I have, let me know that the manufacturers they worked with did not make a product for my car, but instead of hanging up he told me how I can locate a place to do the work and what to ask when I do. Incredible customer service and I was not even a customer! I’ll definitely go back there for other needs in the future.

John killed it. I wanted a new stereo, front and rear speakers and subwoofer. Didn't have a clue where to start. So I trusted johns expertise and went with what he recommended. Best choice I ever made was going with John to install my system sounds amazing. 100% worth ever penny. John was a pleasure to do business with and he know his stuff. Can't thank u enough John. I was told by my dealer I would need to completely replace my car radio, but John worked with me to facilitate figuring out what was wrong and getting a refurbished radio for 1/3 of what I was quoted at the dealer. John is honest, easy to work with, and is great at communicating. We will definitely come back for all of our car audio needs!

Hello, my name is Jaime. I very rarely leaves Reviews however I just needed to share My experience with JDK Auto sound. I drive a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback manual transmission. I was interested in having a car starter put in to my vehicle. I did a lot of research trying to find the best fit for me because this is a complex case with it being Manual Transmission. After doing research, I contacted a couple of other places that were not willing to take on the challenge. I almost gave up and then looking on social media. I came across John’s website JDK auto. After making an appointment and meeting John he told me a little about himself And how he loves challenges, he said he Made this business for himself loves to work and has been doing this business close to 30 years. He said he was interested in taken on this project and if this could be done, he would figure it out! He also assured me he does not give up easily he likes new challenges! He explained step-by-step to me on what he would be doing. When I tell you, he blew this out of the park that is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! I could not be more thrilled with the results! I’m incredibly grateful for John Not only did he put many hours into this vehicle to make sure this Job could get done for me. He did research, he made phone calls he racked his brain to figure out the solution. He also kept me in the loop every step of the way! Totally worth the money! I have a starter in my vehicle that I use every single day And it’s also under warranty For the life of my vehicle! John now has a forever customer That I highly trust and respect With any project! John at JDK made sure to tell me all I needed to know about my dashcam. He installed it so much better than I could have, keeping it hidden and avoiding interfering with the air bag functions. Great choice!
