You have been a loyal client for years. Last time we spoke was during a difficult time for us when Jessica had brain surgery. Thanks to God she has recovered fully and our operations are back to normal. If we treated you unfairly it was not by choice. Hopefully you will reconsider your review and if you need assistance with any prior installations, we are here to help.
I took both my Wife and My car to DSP to have our faulty stereos replaced. Jessica and Eddy provide excellent professional services and their pricing for services are very competitive compared to similar services in the market. They're a family run small business and I highly recommend and support using their multiple auto services that they provide. Eddy's technical capabilities on auto work are outstanding and he's able to find a solution to any complicated issues that other stereo shops might not be able to solve. They also support military discounts. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and will continue to use them for any future auto audio work.

DSP came highly recommended, and I sought their advice to correct several issues a previous installer had caused in my GTI. Eddy listened to my concerns and goals, and drew up a solid proposal that resolved all my sound issues, vastly improving the sound quality, the flexibility, and the range of the package. Moreover, Eddy explained how each component would work in tandem to improve the sound and ease of use. I was shocked at how much better everything sounds. Beyond the quality of the work, Eddy and Jessica were so nice and helpful, and it was a real pleasure working together. I can't recommend them highly enough, and could not be happier with the project.

Excellent service all around. Responsive front desk, good at keeping you updated. Eddy squeezed my car in between a couple other appointments and worked overtime on Saturday to deliver on his promise while doing a super professional job on a head unit, backup camera, and speaker upgrade. All work perfectly. Can't complement enough, highly recommend to anyone. I may be back with a different car soon!
