Rob and Jim at this store are great! I had an issue with my wife's remote starter after I changed the battery in her car that I couldn't figure out... they had installed the remote stater a couple years ago and they set it up to meet me at the local Toyota dealership in Augusta so I didn't have to drive down to Scarbrough from Gardiner. Jim was awesome at fixing the issue right away at no charge! Great customer service after the sale, a rare thing these days and quality products! -Mike P

Highly recommend! Awesome staff, awesome service and a fantastic remote starter that works EVERY time! Auto Sound removed a remote starter that I had installed elsewhere, and reinstalled a great product! This one actually starts my vehicle, stays on double the time (actually giving it time to warm up), unlocks my door, and doesn't lock me out at random times! They removed a head unit (also installed elsewhere) that I was unhappy with, and reinstalled my stock stereo and it sounds awesome again! Thank you, so much!

If you plan on upgrading a car/truck stereo system. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY...

I visited to have a tonneau cover and LED bulbs to replace the halogens in the headlights. The staff were exceptional, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back for future accessories and recommend them highly.
