Mobile One Auto Sound

I bought a 2005 Thunderbird that was in bad shape. The previous owner had told me that Bradley had done the original system , im guessing 15 years prior if not more,but after years of sitting up it had a couple of issues. Bradley worked with me and had it sounding fantastic with only a head unit replacement and a fair price. I had a separate issue with the headlights that he handled as well. I'm actually on here to see if I could make an appointment for an install on another car. I can only speak for myself but they have always been timely ,eager, reliable and fair priced.

I found several different radio shops that had expensive prices and I found this guy name Brad. I don't know if he was a installer or the guy that worked at the front desk but the prices were not bad compared to other peoples prices and this guy did really good work. They worked on two of my vehicles And they do not have any problems at all. I give them a thumbs up, if one day I end up with something else it's going towards them. It was a long drive to the North Shore but it was well worth it.

They did an install in wife's truck and they did a awsome job was a very helpful polite and communicated the whole install

Come here every month for my calibration and it's the best. I drive from Hammond every month because I wouldn't want to get it done any where else. They're always super quick and helpful and make such a comfortable environment. I recommend going here for your car related needs!

Phenomenal work. Brought my truck to this shop who butchered my audio when I should've went to MOBILE ONE. These guys know their stuff. The rudest men I have ever met. Charged me for "work done" that I never had done to my vehicle and refused to take charges off.

Contacted them about installing an aftermarket radio and kit for my car. They advised me it may be difficult to get a hold of parts. I said that's fine just let me know when you find something out. Over the course of several months I continued to call and follow up, and every time I was told it was taking them some time to source the parts and to call back later. I finally gave up and discontinued calling for follow ups. Either way you look at it this was horrible communication and unprofessional. Be honest and tell me you 1. Don't want to do it 2. Can't get the parts 3. Forgot and dropped the ball But instead I just got radio silence and kicking the can down the road.
